....hanging on tight to the Alannah bandwagon!

So with a 20% voucher in hand, I wandered into my 'happy place' at lunch today - and managed to ONLY come out with a super cute little cardi and a little cream belt! There was an adorable little pink tu tu style skirt in there - which would have made for a PERFECT outfit for tonight's date to the Ballet - but I resisted the urge. Pink and Tule..oh me oh my!

Anyway - one of the wonderful ladies from the little WW group I check in with each day requested a few happy snaps from the black tie wedding where I wore 'the' red dress, here we go Trace:

Alannah Hill, over and over and over she falls...

Just a quick post today - tomorrow is my boss' wedding, and LB and I are all set to attend this much hyped strictly black tie event here in Melbourne! Oh goodness...do you know how stressed I was when trying to plan an outfit? I originally thought I should wear a dress to the floor.

But then.

I. Fell. In. Love.

My friend Sarah took me into Alannah Hill. When I slipped into this baby I knew I had to have it. I thought about it for a week (and even quite literally DREAMED about it!) Then, one Monday morning I strolled into the store to just have a wee peep, and try and justify the $570 price tag, when low and behold the assistant was in the midst of moving it to the 50% off rack!

Oh. My. Goodness.

I, again quite literally, nearly dropped to the floor in tears of joy. Especially when she handed me the last dress in my size.

This, ladies and gents, is what I'll be wearing tomorrow:

Now, I may not look as super sexy HOT as the model - but I will try my best. The ruffles at the bottom are to die for, and have tiny little beads coming out of the middle, like the centre of a flower. It's just DIVINE! I have a lovely chunky pearl bracelet that I'll wear, with my straight hair in curls. Killer heels and red lips to match.

Oh. My. Goodness. Tingles!!!!
